Thistle stems, nice and tasty, like the best juiciest celery.
As far as I’m aware you can only eat the stem on the spear thistle. I think the flower may be edible but unpleasant. The stem is lovely but a lot of work for not much
Are you being serious? I’ve never heard of eating thistles, just nettles (and you have to boil them first!)
