This blog is getting rapidly diverted from climbing, but that’s OK for now. The weather sucks, I’m still recovering and life can be made better.
We’ve been trying to make more things ourselves and my family have rather a lot of spare rhubarb so here goes….gin, cordial, candied ginger and a ginger syrup that turned to toffee, with some rhubarb pulp to make pancakes….
