Sigh

Time away from climbing seems to hurt more and more. A bug wiped me out for 3 days this week, no gym, climbing or work. This weekend involves watching all my friends go off to Wales while I play golf which I’m coming to resent more and more but gives my dad an excuse to get out. Responsibility is a pain. 

I know I need to…..

-climb more

-start yoga

-catch up with friends

-learn to run!
