Pushing on….

Last night was a good solid workout. Pushed through a couple of 6bs clean then dogged a couple of 6b+ I know where I’m at and where I need to do. A huge push on my core strength is where the next gains will be made adding the control and balance.

I am however 30 on Monday so I think the core workout can wait a few days
